Before We Assume Posting / Engagement Responsibilities

Our team of social media experts will perform an audit on your accounts to determine what’s working well and what we propose to change in your marketing strategy moving forward. It’s important that during our kickoff meeting(s) you share your social media goals, general marketing plan and any content you currently have in your library (including branded assets). We’ll discuss items like: target audiences, communication expectations, brand voice and other fun items that get both parties excited to move forward.

Handing Over The “Keys” To Your Social Accounts

Once we’ve agreed on a strategy and schedule moving forward it’s time to hand over the “keys” to your social accounts. We’ll start posting and engaging with your target audience on your behalf. One of the most frequently asked questions we get when on-boarding a new client is: “Can I still post on the fly?” Absolutely! This is still your brand’s account, and you can post whenever you wish. We do recommend checking out the content schedule (which you’ll have access to) to see how the posts will line up/look together once you’ve published the piece of content.
